Oliver S Millwood II, an experienced Associate Broker with the Millwood Team of Keller Williams Realty, has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. The Millwood Team currently serves PA, DE, NJ, MD, and FL and has built an impressive and loyal client base with over 90% of its business coming from referrals.
He embarked on his real estate journey at the young age of twenty when he purchased his first investment property in Philadelphia. Led by his passion for serving others, Oliver obtained his PA Real Estate License in 2004, Subsequently, he added the DE license in 2006, the Delaware Broker's license in 2013, and, most recently, his Maryland license in 2023.
In addition to real estate sales, Oliver is a multi-faceted business leader, actively engaged in real estate investments, property management, consulting, and the vibrant world of music and video entertainment.
